Monday's Cocktail Hour: Stone Brewing's Delicious Double IPA + Dot's Seasoned Pretzels

Monday's are Dungeons and Dragon nights at the house so the cocktail hour turns into a time to get ready to play. Tonight is Stone's Delicious Double IPA paired with Dot's Seasoned Pretzels.

This isn't a pairing for those who like light, subtle flavors (aka - me). Dot's pretzels are bold, buttery, and ranchy (I just made up that word) and the bitter and vibrants flavors of Centennial and Amarillo hops from the beer makes for a lovely pairing. Let's make sure I can roll well considering this beer is a 9% ABV.
